About Tai Chi

Why

Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, is a graceful form of ancient Chinese martial art that has evolved into a popular practice worldwide. It combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation, creating a harmonious balance between the body and mind.

Our Teaching Approach

Beginners and experienced practitioners alike will find our classes engaging and fulfilling. Each session is designed to cater to different skill levels, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to progress and improve their Tai Chi practice.

Class Times and dates

Our class sessions are organized into four terms each year, coinciding with the school calendar. These 10-week sessions offer a comprehensive learning experience. Classes are held on Thursdays, starting at 6:30 pm, and each session lasts for one hour.
